Information about the event organizer
The Russian Association for Electronic Communications (RAEC) was established in 2006.
The Association's objective is to create a civilized information society, which will have its own legal system and the codes of professional activities that are to be accepted by both the users and the companies operating on the Internet.
One of the key goals of the Association is to set up a dialogue between the state and the IT-companies. RAEC is actively involved in the solutions of socially important objectives aimed at the development of the information society in Russia and enhancing the image of Russia as of the responsible member of the global information community.

RIW - Global Russian Internet Week 2019 — the upcoming event
On November 20-22 Russian Internet Week will take place at VDNH (Pavilion №75). RIW and Internet EXPO are extremely crucial annual events of 5 key industries simultaneously: Internet, Media, Telekom, Soft including import substitution and IT. Customarily the state officials and representatives of the specialized government bodies are permanent attendees of RIW who are responsible for the development of the Digital economy.

RIW — Russian internet week — November, 20-22
RIW is an event which dates back to 2007 still assembling key figures of main powerful spheres of life: IT-branch, state, start-ups and global business. This year RIW is going to take place at VDNH (Pavilion №75). RIW and Internet EXPO are extremely crucial annual events of 5 key industries simultaneously: Internet, Media, Telekom, Soft including import substitution and IT. Customarily the state officials and representatives of the specialized government bodies are permanent attendees of RIW who are responsible for the development of the Digital economy. The main invitees are also the representatives of IT-branch and related spheres, users, students, media. It is expected that in three days there will be more than 25 000 participants: about 5000 internet-specialists and 20 000 users of digital services and technologies (attendees of the exhibition and open events in program).
Premia Runeta — Runet award — December
The main award for the companies working at the territory of the Russian Federation for achievements in the field of promoting of the Internet and for providing high-quality services. The award is handed annually for more than 10 years in a row and encompases a large number of the nominations within which awards representatives of business, large corporations, public institutions and outstanding persons.
